用方重,医奇疾
蒋姓妇人,年48岁。每天早晨醒来必手足抽动,甚或大跳,床几为之倒塌,如此者2～3小时,则抽搐自然停止,能勉强进行家务劳动。神志始终清楚,每逢寒暖交替节气,如立春、立秋、冬至等,发作更甚。全家为妇病而担忧,其夫闻有能治此病者,必踵门求医,而所服之方,不外羚羊角、天麻、石决明等药。由于多服凉药,中焦受伤,又并发了胃病,早上呕吐之后,胃痛始减,一病未已,又增一病。后闻祝师善治疑难杂症,即上门求诊。经过诊查,断为虚阳上浮,非肝风也,而胃气受戕,中寒久留。处方:生龙齿(先煎)30克,活磁石(先煎)45克以潜阳,附子(先煎),12克以益阳气,代赫石(先煎)18克以镇逆,旋复花(包)9克,淡干姜9克,温中祛寒理气,全蝎(去毒)6克,大蜈蚣6克以定惊,另佐姜半夏12克,陈皮9克,炒白术12克以理中焦。服3帖后,抽搐跳动及胃痛呕吐均已大减,虽冬至节降临,疾病亦未大发。药既对症,再用前法。生龙齿(先煎)30克,活磁石45克,黄附片(先煎)12克,淡干姜9克,姜半夏12克,陈皮9克,石菖蒲9克,嫩钩藤12克,全蝎9克,蜈蚣9克,旋复梗12克,制香附12克。连服4帖,抽搐大定,胃仅隐痛,呕恶全止,心情愉快,胃纳增加,再续服上方4帖以巩固疗效。以后纵然发作,即以原药方照服3帖,病即霍然。
